ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The webpages available at www.readawrite.com and www.mebmarket.com and all linked pages are owned and operated by MEB Corporation Public Company Limited (collectively "readAwrite", “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Company”),By accessing or using our website at www.readawrite.com and www.mebmarket.com or the mobile version thereof (together the "Site"), you (collectively the "User" or “You”) signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, whether or not you are a registered member of readAwrite.

Please read these terms of use carefully before using the services. by accessing this site or using any part of the site or any content or services on the site (as each is defined below), you agree to become bound by these terms and conditions. if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the site or use the content or any services in the site. readAwrite's acceptance is expressly conditioned upon your assent to all of these terms and conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms; if these terms and conditions are considered an offer by readAwrite, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

DEFINITIONS AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION

"Author" or “Writer”: A person that creates an account on the Service.

"Author Content": Any content, including without limitation questions, answers, forum posts, ratings, votes, and UGC comments, that Authors post on the Service other than on the Author’s UGC, and all photographs that Authors post on the Service (including on the Author’s UGC).

"Author Service(s)": is the author’s process of including and managing UGC Content and/or Author Content on the Service.

"UGC": A webpage created via the Service.

"UGC Content": Any content, including without limitation text, data, video, and links, but excluding photographs, that an Author posts on the Author’s UGC.

"UGCScore": Scoring system to determine the quality of a UGC and used in programming the Service.

"UGCTool": Tool for creating a UGC or UGCs.

“Earning Page View”: This is a page view of either a UGC, Profile Page, or a Question or Answer where ads or affiliate links are served with attributable earning.

“Earning Ad Impression”: This is a single occurrence of a display ad.

“Profile”: Your personal profile page on the Service.

“Question”: A post made using the “Ask A Question” function on the Service. An “Answer” is a post made in answer to a Question on the Service.

readAwrite will program portions of the UGCs created by Authors with information related to other UGCs on the Service. Users can read, rate, send UGCs via email, subscribe to RSS feeds of UGCs, and search for UGCs, as may be permitted by the features and functions of the Service.

The Service is automatically programmed by the UGCScore system. Low quality UGCs will not be programmed in the Service. UGCs and Author Content that are determined to be low quality will be removed from the Service.

PERMITTED USES

You must register with meb mobile e-book and create an Author account (including selecting a screen name/username and subdomain name for Your Account) in its sole discretion and at any time, may change, remove, reclaim, and/or reassign the screen name/username and/or subdomain name associated with Your Author account (this potentially includes but is not limited to a trademark owner complaining about a screen name/username/subdomain name that does not closely resemble Your real name). Your Author account gives You access to the services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. You are responsible for any and all activities occurring or content that is posted under Your account. If You discover any unauthorized activity under Your account, please alert readAwrite immediately, by sending an email alert to support@readawrite.com.

You must do Your best to create high quality books and contents.

You are solely responsible for Your Content.

You must follow specific guidelines for publishing forum posts, comments, questions and answers, and other content services that are posted on the Service.

You may only use Content to which You have the necessary rights, including (but not limited to) intellectual property rights regarding copyright, trademark, and trade secrets. This means, among other things, that You must have permission to use third party content from the content owners.

By giving us Your email address, You grant us permission to send communications from readAwrite, such as account creation confirmations, service announcements, administrative messages, and any of the opt-in readAwrite newsletters you select to that address. You may opt out of certain email communications from readAwrite by following the instructions on the email. You may not opt out of Service-related messages. If You do not want to receive such messages from readAwrite, you must cancel Your account.

RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS ON USE

DISCONTINUATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE

readAwrite reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any portion thereof at any time, without liability to You or any third party. In addition, readAwrite, in its sole discretion, may terminate Your password, account or use of or access to the Service (including Earning Money Through readAwrite as further described below), and remove and delete any UGCs or Content, for any reason.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS; CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part. In addition, the content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Service are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including, but not limited to, intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by You of any such matters or any part of the Service, except as expressly allowed herein or via distribution tools readAwrite makes available to Users, such as RSS feeds and widgets, is strictly prohibited. readAwrite may at any point make additional software and tools available to Authors in connection with the Service ("Additional Software").

TRADEMARKS AND SERVICE MARKS

"readAwrite," "meb" are MEB Corporation Public Company Limited service marks or trademarks and protected by applicable laws. Other product and company names mentioned on the Service may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Your UGC and the Service may include links to other sites or resources over which readAwrite has no control or responsibility. readAwrite does not monitor, investigate or check these sites for accuracy or completeness. As a result, readAwrite is not responsible for the content or advertising on such sites, products or other materials which they may provide, such sites’ availability, or any damages caused or alleged to be caused in connection with such external websites. All such external websites included as links in Your UGC or accessed by You via the Service is done at Your own risk and with Your own liability.

readAwrite may provide pre-built modules that make it easy for You to find and add links to various sites. However, just because readAwrite provides these modules does not mean readAwrite is responsible for their accuracy. The Author is still responsible for what links he or she elects to put in his or her UGCs or Author Content.

EARNING MONEY THROUGH READAWRITE

readAwrite Ad Program.

As part of Your participation in the readAwrite Earnings Program, as an option You may request to join the readAwrite Ad Program. The readAwrite Ad Program is only available for Earning Page Views on UGCs. readAwrite provides advertisements and/or other revenue earning options directly or from third-party providers, for possible placement on Your UGCs. Athors that participate in the readAwrite Ad Program will earn from the Earning Page Views on the UGCs you create. Your Earning Page View share will be selected based on a 70% chance of generating earnings for the author. Your earnings will be based on a formula selected by readAwrite, in its sole discretion, which formula readAwrite may change at any time for Your account.

Valid earnings from activity with the readAwrite Ad Program under readAwrite Earnings Program will be tracked (as part of Your Earned Balance) and paid to You by readAwrite (in accordance with the terms of the Payments section herein to this section). By participating in the readAwrite Ad Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Advertisements from the readAwrite Ad Program will appear on Your UGCs at readAwrite’ discretion (and such advertisements may appear on every page load of your UGC)

The third-party advertising, referral, and/or other revenue providers in the readAwrite Ad Program will be determined in readAwrite’ sole discretion

The type, style, placement, and any other implementation decisions regarding how, when, and where ads in the readAwrite Ad Program are placed on Your UGC will be determined in readAwrite’ sole discretion

Advertisements for both the Affiliate IDs Program and the readAwrite Ad Program may appear on Your UGCs simultaneously

readAwrite Ad Program may place unpaid public-service, charitable, and/or default/placeholder ads on Your UGC

You will not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices with respect to the use of readAwrite Ad Program

readAwrite makes no guarantee that the readAwrite Ad Program will be operational at all times

readAwrite may require Your participation in specific portions of the Affiliate ID program (and meet other requirements) in order for You to be eligible to participate in the readAwrite Ad Program (including specific subcomponents thereof).

PAYMENT

As consideration for your participation in readAwrite Earnings Program and any of the readAwrite Ad Program, You shall receive a payment related to the valid advertising and/or referral activity on Your UGCs from participating third-party advertisers and/or networks as a part of each Program. For the avoidance of doubt, payments to You for Your participation in the readAwrite Earnings Program will be made to you by readAwrite and is distinct from any payments You may receive in relation to Your UGCs from any third-party pursuant to you linking of an affiliate ID or any other part of the Service.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold readAwrite and its partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information, attorneys, advertisers and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of these Terms or use of the Service.

COPYRIGHTS AND COPYRIGHT AGENTS

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. If you believe that your content or other work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent the following information in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:

An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service;

Your address, telephone number, and email address;

A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

readAwrite will terminate a user account if, under appropriate circumstances, the user is determined to be a repeat infringer of copyrights (or other intellectual property) of others.

PRIVACY POLICY

We care about the privacy of our Users. By using the Service, you are consenting to have your personally identifiable information and aggregate data collected, used, and disclosed as set forth in our Privacy Policy, and to have your personally identifiable information transferred to and processed in the Thailand.
